The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has broken protocol to attend to some school children and teachers who greeted him from their school premises.
Papers News understands that the incident occurred while the Minister was inspecting the Interchange and part of Gishiri Road in Abuja.
When the pupils and teachers at Foursquare New Heights Academy in Gishiri spotted Wike, they began cheering and hailing him.
