The Federal Government has extended its Nigeria for Women Project (NFWP) to the North-west region of the country to tackle poverty among rural women and improve their financial inclusion and child welfare.
The World Bank supported project would institutionalise a framework where women in the region would be economically empowered and socially secured through access to credit to boost their businesses.
