President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the constitution of an Inter-Ministerial Committee for the State funeral of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Papers News reports that the 17-member committee is to be chaired by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. George Akume.
A statement on Monday by the Director of Information and Public Relations, Segun Imohiosen, disclosed that the committee is tasked with planning and coordinating a befitting state burial for the late elder statesman.
