The Presidency has announced that a special session of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) in honour of former President Muhammadu Buhari will now hold on Thursday, July 17, by 1pm.
Papers News reports that Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, disclosed this in a post on Wednesday night.
