Niger State Governor, Umaru Bago, has declared himself the Director General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.
Papers News reports that Bago made the declaration on Tuesday while speaking in Minna, the state capital.
The governor also announced that the state would serve as the headquarters of Tinubu’s campaign.
