Chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), John Nwosu, has described the gunmen’s attack on the former Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, in Edo State as disheartening, condemnable and poses a serious threat to the principles that underpin democracy.
Papers News reports that armed thugs shot at Peter Obi and some chieftains of the ADC during the formal defection of Olumide Akpata into the party in Benin City, Edo State.
