Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has mourned the death of the Senator representing Rivers South East Senatorial District in the Senate, Barinada Mpigi.
Papers News reports that a source confirmed the lawmaker’s demise to Peoples Gazette on Thursday but surrounding the circumstances of his death were not immediately disclosed.
