Judge Tsoho Allegedly Fails To Declare Bank Accounts, Violates Code Of Conduct Law

An investigation has alleged that the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, John Terhemba Tsoho, failed to declare some bank accounts in his asset declaration form submitted to the Code of Conduct Bureau in April 2024.

According to documents reviewed by the investigators, Justice Tsoho allegedly omitted several naira and domiciliary accounts in the form he completed on April 29, 2024.
