Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has approached the Federal High Court in Abuja, asking it to reject the criminal charges filed against him by the Department of State Services.
Papers News reports that El-Rufai described the charges as incompetent, unconstitutional and an abuse of court process.
