Nigeria, Sweden strengthen bilateral ties, eye ‘bankable’ deals in energy, digital economy

The Nigerian government is deepening bilateral ties with the Republic of Sweden, with a strategic focus on transforming infrastructure, energy, and digital innovation into investment-ready assets.

Abubakar Bagudu, the minister of Budget and Economic Planning, disclosed this while receiving Ambassador of Sweden to Nigeria on a courtesy visit.

Bagudu expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for the partnership and for the willingness to support Nigeria through training programmes and projects.
