‘The Speed Raises Serious Concerns’ – CSOs Fault Tinubu On Assent To Electoral Act

A coalition of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), including Kukah Centre and Yiaga Africa, has expressed reservations over the decision of President Bola Tinubu to sign the newly enacted Electoral Act 2026, recently passed by the National Assembly.

The CSOs, in a press conference on Thursday, submitted that President Tinubu missed the opportunity to initiate transformative electoral reform in Nigeria.
