Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has expressed optimism about the defection of more opposition governors to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Papers News reports that Okpebholo remarked on Wednesday during the official reception of defectors in Benin City, the state capital, boasting that the APC now has 31 governors.
