The Kabiru Turaki-led faction of the Peoples Democratic Congress (PDP) has eulogised former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, on the occasion of his birthday.
Papers News reports that the PDP, in a statement on Thursday, described Obasanjo as a great believer in democracy and a statesman of historic significance.
