A former Governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode, on Tuesday joined other top members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the State Congress of the party.
The congress, held at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, saw the return of Hon. Cornelius Ojelabi as the chairman for another term.
Others who attended the congress included Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa.
Also in attendance were the Chairman, Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC), Prince Tajudeen Olusi; Woman Leader, Chief Jumoke Okoya Thomas; and a former Minister of State for Defence, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro.
The Deputy Governor of the state, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, and Senator Wasiu Sanni Eshinlokun equally attended the congress.
