The list comprises 31 non-career ambassadors and 34 career diplomats who will represent Nigeria in various countries and international organisations.
The announcement was made on Friday by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, in a statement.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has already received diplomatic approval (agrément) from the United Kingdom for Nigeria’s High Commissioner-designate, Ambassador Aminu Dalhatu.
Similarly, the government of France has granted agrément for Ambassador Ayodele Oke.
