EHA Pharma, one of Nigeria’s leading pharmaceutical logistics and distribution companies, in collaboration with Pharmaplus Nigeria and eHealth Africa, has launched RxBook, a digital medicine and pharmacy decision support platform to provide timely and reliable pharmaceutical information at point of care.
Unveiled at the Pharma West Africa event,the platform is designed to equip healthcare professionals with accurate, real time drug information and clinical tools that improve safety, efficiency, and decision making at the point of care.
According to a press statement dated April 15, 2026, and signed by Kemi Akinyele, communications manager at EHA Clinics, RxBook addresses long standing gaps in pharmacy practice, particularly the reliance on fragmented and often outdated information sources such as printed drug references.

The platform integrates key functions including medicine search, drug interaction checks, clinical guidance, adverse drug reaction reporting, recall alerts, and procurement support within a single workflow.
Adam Thompson, founder of EHA Group, said the innovation was built to bridge the gap between information and action in healthcare by centralising critical data for real time use.
“Across healthcare, we consistently see a gap between information and action. The knowledge exists, but it’s often fragmented across systems that don’t connect. RxBook was built to close that gap,by bringing critical information into one place, so it can be used in real time, where decisions are actually made,” he noted.
During the event, Ahmad Yakasai, founder and chief executive of Pharmaplus Nigeria Ltd, also spoke on the practical shift from conventional trends in the healthcare sector and the value of innovation.
“What makes this different is not just the product, but the thinking behind it. When you bring together practice, distribution, and technology, you start to solve the problem properly. RxBook reflects that,it’s built around how pharmacy actually works, and it gives you clarity at the point where decisions are made,” he noted.
Also speaking during the event, Abdulkareem Iyamu, vice president of Business Development at EHA Clinics, said RxBook functions as a decision layer that connects information, validation, and action in a continuous process, reducing delays caused by fragmented checks.
Developed with Nigerian healthcare settings in mind, RxBook includes local drug data, pricing, and availability insights, and is designed to work both online and offline to support diverse clinical environments, stakeholders note.

The platform was demonstrated live at Pharma West Africa, where healthcare professionals participated in onboarding sessions ahead of its wider rollout across the healthcare ecosystem.
