“I’m married to a man, not a boy” – Scarlet Gomez speaks on kissing scenes in movies
Nollywood actress Scarlet Gomez has opened up on how her husband, Temi Gomez, reacts to her acting roles, especially scenes involving intimacy.
During a recent appearance on Curiosity Made Me Ask, she revealed that her husband has never had an issue with her kissing in movies, stressing that their relationship is built on trust and understanding.
“My husband doesn’t care about me kissing in movies. I am married to a man, not a boy. He doesn’t have ego and he trusts his wife,” she said.
She further explained that maturity plays a big role in their marriage, as her husband understands the nature of her profession as an actress.
Many reactions have followed her revelation. One user wrote, “Not every man can handle that. Kudos to your husband.” Another added, “Different strokes for different folks.”
In a previous interview, the actress spoke about her role in the drama series Wura and how it affected her mental health, stating that she had to seek therapy.
According to her, it got worse to a point where her husband told her she had become too sensitive. She added that getting into a character is much easier than getting out of it.
