NPF Microfinance Bank Publishes List of Unclaimed Dividends

NPF Microfinance Bank Plc has notified shareholders that the list of unclaimed dividends owed to investors has been published on the company’s official website as part of efforts to improve shareholder access and reduce the incidence of unclaimed dividends in Nigeria.
In a notice issued on May 15, 2026, the microfinance bank stated that the unclaimed dividend list is now available on its website and can be accessed by affected shareholders.
The bank explained that the decision to publish the list online instead of through newspaper publications was due to the large number of names involved and the need to provide shareholders with more comprehensive information efficiently.
According to the company, the list of affected shareholders will also be circulated alongside its 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements.
NPF Microfinance Bank advised shareholders with outstanding dividend claims to contact its registrar, Cardinalstone Registrars Limited, for assistance in processing and claiming their dividends.
The registrar’s office is located at 335/337 Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba, Lagos, while inquiries can also be directed through the registrar’s official email address.
The bank reiterated its commitment to collaborating with stakeholders and regulators to reduce the growing volume of unclaimed dividends within the Nigerian capital market.
The company also urged shareholders to update their records, including bank account details and other relevant information with the registrar to facilitate seamless dividend payments through the e-dividend platform.
According to the notice, an application form for e-dividend registration has been attached to the company’s annual report to assist shareholders in completing the update process.
The notice was signed by Mrs. O. J. Idemudia, Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of the bank.
