A former Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, Senator Biodun Olujimi, has predicted victory for Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji in the upcoming 2026 governorship election in her new month greetings to the state’s citizens.
The message of the former representative of Ekiti South Senatorial District was released to newsmen by her Media Team.
The Senator Biodun Olujimi (SBO) Media Team made the message available on Tuesday.
It said: “As the month of June begins, Distinguished Senator Biodun Olujimi has extended her warm greetings and best wishes to the good people of Ekiti State, praying for peace, progress, prosperity, and divine blessings across the state.”
She expressed gratitude to God for His faithfulness and protection over the people, urging citizens to remain hopeful, united, and committed to the continued development of Ekiti State.
The former Senate Minority Leader called on residents to continue supporting the administration of Oyebanji, noting that the governor’s leadership has brought remarkable growth and stability to the state.
Speaking on the forthcoming governorship election, Senator Olujimi expressed confidence that Governor Oyebanji would secure a resounding victory at the poll, citing his performance, inclusiveness, and commitment to the welfare of the people.
She urged party members and supporters across the state to remain steadfast, peaceful, and focused on mobilising support for the continuity agenda of the BAO administration.
She further appealed to all political stakeholders to conduct themselves responsibly and ensure that the electoral process remains peaceful before, during, and after the election.
She stated: “June shall be a month of blessings, progress, and celebration for Ekiti State.
“I am optimistic that the people will once again demonstrate their support for good governance by returning Governor Biodun Oyebanji for another term in office.”
Senator Olujimi concluded by wishing all Ekiti State residents a fruitful and rewarding month, filled with success, good health, and renewed hope.
