JANDOR Celebrates Former FIRS Chairman Tunde Fowler at 70

Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, popularly known as JANDOR, has felicitated former Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), William Babatunde Fowler, on his 70th birthday.
JANDOR, an APC chieftain and Lead Visioner of the Lagos4Lagos Movement, described Fowler as a distinguished Lagosian, accomplished public servant and experienced administrator whose contributions to Nigeria’s tax system and public finance remain significant.
In a statement issued by his spokesman, Gbenga Ogunleye, JANDOR praised Fowler’s professionalism, discipline and dedication to public service.
He noted that Fowler’s career demonstrated the importance of competence, integrity and purposeful leadership in strengthening public institutions and advancing national development.
“ My beloved Egbon, I warmly celebrate you on this significant milestone and pray that Almighty God grants you many more years in good health, wisdom, peace and fulfilment as you continue to contribute to the development of our dear state and the nation,” JANDOR said.
He further expressed his appreciation for Fowler’s contributions to Lagos State and Nigeria, while wishing him continued relevance and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
Fowler served as Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, where he played a prominent role in Nigeria’s tax administration and revenue mobilisation efforts.
The former tax chief clocks 70 amid tributes from political associates, colleagues and other Nigerians who have recognised his contributions to public service.
