Sani reacted to the peace efforts between suspended Governor Siminalayi Fubara and his former ally, Nyesom Wike.
He stressed the need for calm to return to the state, following President Bola Tinubu’s intervention, which brought Fubara, Wike, and the State House of Assembly members to the negotiation table at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

Despite the public display of reconciliation, Sani noted on Friday via his X handle that not everyone is pleased with the outcome. He pointed out that some of Fubara’s supporters would have preferred that the governor stayed in the fight.
