The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has denied disobeying a court order regarding a property located in Abuja.
The EFCC, in a statement on Monday, stated categorically that no court order had directed its operatives to vacate a property situated at House 6, Aso Drive, Asokoro, Abuja.
Papers News understands the court granted an order of possession of the property to the Commission on March 27, 2025.
