Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has commiserated with the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, the Olubadan-in-Council, the Royal Family, and the people of the state, following the demise of the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin.
Papers News reports tha Adeleke, in a statement on Tuesday, through his Spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed, expressed deep grief over the passing of the monarch, describing the death as a great loss not only to Ibadan but to the entire Yoruba nation.
The Governor noted that Oba Olakulehin’s reign, though brief, was marked by dignity, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to the progress and unity of the people of Ibadanland.
