In celebration of International Women in Engineering Day 2025, Qore—Africa’s leading Fintech Infrastructure and Banking-as-a-Service provider—hosted an inspiring event in Lagos, Nigeria, aimed at igniting the passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) among female secondary school students.
This year’s theme, “Together We Engineer,” emphasized the power of collaboration and inclusion in shaping the future of engineering.
“We want girls to see that engineering is not just about machines and equations—it’s about solving real-world problems and making a difference,” said Seyi Amao, head of Marketing and Communications at Qore.
