President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reversed his earlier reappointment if Dr. Muheeba Dankaka as the Chairperson of the Federal Character Commission (FCC) and replaced her with Hon. Ayo Omidiran, a former member of the House of Representatives.
Papers News reports that a press statement by Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, had earlier announced Dankaka’s nomination but a subsequent release disclosed that the President withdrew it because her tenure was dogged by controversy.
