Breaking: Service of songs for The Eagle Online founder Dotun Oladipo underway

The service of songs for late veteran journalist and founder of The Eagle Online, Dotun Oladipo, is currently ongoing at Stella Hall, Daystar Christian Centre Headquarters,  Lagos.

Oladipo died on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, in Lagos, at the age of 56.

He was the founder of The Eagle Online and served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Premium Eagle Media Limited, publishers of The Eagle Online and The Eagle Online YouTube channel.

The service of songs is being held as family, friends, colleagues and associates gather to honour the late journalist.
