A Nigerian lady identified as @itzchristunique on X (formerly Twitter) has detailed an unexpected bank alert she received from a stranger.
According to the lady, she received ₦500,000 in her OPay account, and shortly after, an unknown number reached out to her via a phone call.

During the conversation, the stranger informed her that he would provide another account for a refund, which she consented to.
In an unexpected turn, she discovered the alert had not reflected in her balance.
As a result, she swiftly blocked the number.
