The proposed sale, which was announced on Thursday by the Company Secretary/Group General Counsel UAC of Nigeria PLC, Ayomipo Wey, is subject to requisite regulatory approval.
The Group Managing Director of UAC, Fola Aiyesimoju, said “UAC has worked closely with DP World’s management to support the significant growth and expansion of the Company over the years.
