Katsina Hisbah Commander-General Resigns

Dr Aminu Usman, popularly known as Abu Ammar, has resigned as the Commander-General of the Katsina State Hisbah Board with immediate effect.
Usman announced his resignation in a letter dated October 5 and addressed to the Secretary to the Katsina State Government (SSG), Governor’s Office, State Secretariat Complex, Katsina.
The former commander-general did not state any reason for his resignation.
He, however, expressed gratitude to Governor Dikko Radda for the confidence, trust, opportunity and support extended to him during his tenure.
“It has been a great honour and privilege to serve the good people of Katsina State under your administration,” Usman said.
He said he remained grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the development, peace, security and moral well-being of the state.
Usman also appreciated the governor for his leadership, guidance and support throughout his tenure.
The former commander-general prayed for God’s continued guidance and blessings for Radda, as well as wisdom and good health to enable him to continue serving the state.
He also prayed for continued peace, development and prosperity for Katsina State and its people.
“Please accept, Your Excellency, the assurances of my highest respect and profound gratitude,” he stated.
