Nigerian singer Omoniyi Raphael, popularly known as Zlatan, has announced October 24, 2026, as the date for his wedding to his partner, Davita Lamai.
The music star and Davita disclosed the date in a video shared on Instagram on Thursday night, with the caption, “24 October 2026.”
The video, titled “Save the Date,” features a voiceover from one of their children, who speaks warmly about the love and bond shared by their parents.
“When I think about love, I think about my mommy and daddy,” the child says in the video, highlighting the family’s relationship.
The announcement has drawn attention to the couple’s upcoming wedding, following reports that they had previously held a private civil ceremony.
Zlatan and Davita have two children together. Their first child, Toluwalase Omoniyi, was born in 2020, while their second son, Benaiah Omoniyi, arrived in 2024.
The singer, known for his contributions to Nigeria’s street-pop music scene, has kept much of his family life away from the public eye. However, the wedding announcement offers a glimpse into the couple’s relationship as they prepare for their October ceremony.
