Access Holdings Plc has dismissed unauthorised financial highlights circulating on social media regarding its 2025 audited financial statements, stating that the figures remain under regulatory review and should be disregarded by investors.
In a statement dated April 21, 2026, the financial services group clarified that while it had earlier secured approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to submit and publish its audited results, final regulatory clearance is still being awaited.
The company said it had observed the circulation of purported financial data online, stressing that such information was not authorised and does not represent its official financial position.
Access Holdings assured the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 will be released within 48 hours of receiving final regulatory approval.
