Popular Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, widely known as Ogogo, has reportedly been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.
The development was disclosed by the actor’s daughter in a video appeal seeking additional help for her father’s treatment.
In the video, she explained that the family was not primarily seeking financial assistance but was appealing to anyone with access to traditional medical treatment who could help the veteran actor.
She acknowledged the support provided by Senator Adeola Solomon Yayi, who she said had been assisting the family financially.
However, she appealed for further assistance, particularly from individuals who may have alternative treatment options that could complement the medical care Ogogo is currently receiving.
The daughter’s appeal has generated concern among fans and colleagues of the veteran actor, with many expected to rally around the family during the difficult period.
