Tinubu swears in Enitan as Head of Civil Service

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has sworn in Abel Olumuyiwa Enitan as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF).
The swearing-in ceremony took place at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Thursday.
The President administered the oath of office on Enitan barely a week after announcing his appointment as successor to Didi Esther Walson-Jack.
Enitan’s appointment was announced by the Presidency on August 19, 2026, with his assumption of office scheduled to take effect from August 27.
The new Head of Service and his predecessor had earlier visited President Tinubu at the State House on Friday, August 21, as part of preparations for him to take over the leadership of the federal civil service.
