SHEALS Initiative to host women’s wellness and empowerment bootcamp in Lagos

The SHEALS Initiative is set to host the fourth edition of its women’s mental wellness, leadership and economic empowerment summit in Lagos on Saturday, November 7, 2026, bringing together women for conversations on personal development, wellbeing and leadership.

Themed ‘Heal. Rise. Thrive!’, SHEALS Bootcamp 4.0 will provide a platform for participants to exchange ideas, gain insights, build connections and explore opportunities for personal and economic growth.

The initiative said the programme is anchored on the recognition that mental wellness is fundamental to personal development, effective leadership and sustainable economic empowerment.

Through the bootcamp, it aims to encourage women to prioritise their wellbeing, strengthen their capacity and pursue growth across different areas of their lives.

The event will hold at Garden of Peace, 4 Adeola Adesola Close, off Tokunbo Macaulay Street, Magodo Phase 2, Lagos, on Saturday 7 November 2026.

The SHEALS Initiative focuses on advancing women’s mental wellness, leadership, personal growth and economic empowerment through programmes and initiatives designed to support their development.
